U16s Qualify For National Indoor Finals!

Posted by Nobody on 16 December 2012

After a day of mixed results and emotions Cannock U16s qualified for the National Indoor Finals after a dramatic 1-0 win over old rivals Beeston. A Callum Stacey short corner after the final whistle sent the team, coaches and crowd into hysteria!!

Sadly, the U18s slipped out after losing 4-2 to Beeston in their Semi-Final despite coming back from two goals down.

The U16s travel to Aldersley Stadium aiming to be the best in the Country on the 19/20th January 2013. Any support any members can give would be gratefully received.

The lads face Oxsted and Bowdon on Saturday followed by games against Ipswich and Team Bath on the Sunday in the groups stages, the top two teams from the group will qualify for the Semi Finals on Sunday afternoon.

Come and watch the boys bring it home!
