Rules
- Each game will be 12 mins long one way (Central Timing)
- Teams will consist of 7 players
- Second named team shall change the shirt colour if necessary
- Ball to be provided by the first named team
- 2 umpires for each game to be provided by the competing teams
- Goal keepers optional (no kicking backs)
- Infringement inside the D against the defence will result in a free hit 5 yards outside the D for the attacking team
- No short corners
- Rolling substitutes from half way (no restriction on numbers)
- All other normal hockey rules apply
