Cannock Hockey Club is both excited and proud to announce the appointment of Kevin Heath as their new National League Performance Director. Kevin will strengthen the existing coaching team, including Men’s Head Coach Gary Stacey, to build upon last season’s successes.

Heath has a wealth of experience of working in a variety of roles in top flight hockey across clubs throughout the Midlands region.

Cannock Hockey Club’s Chairman, Ian Gardner, said “Kevin’s appointment is fantastic news for all involved at Cannock Hockey Club. He will assist the club in moving forward with its National League ambitions of returning to the Premier League. Kevin’s active involvement in the junior hockey world development across the Midlands, also provides Cannock with exciting opportunities to develop its growing junior teams and encourage further participation in our sport.”

Kevin said, “I am delighted to accept the position of National League Performance Director.  I am looking forward to adding to and building on the solid foundations laid down last season and making a difference with the exciting squad of players currently at Cannock.

The challenges facing Cannock are not to be under estimated and it will take resolve, courage and commitment from all involved to overcome these challenges, what a brilliant opportunity this is, to add a defining chapter to Cannock’s proud history.”
