Chase Park - Update

The Hockey Board can confirm that the winning bidder for the whole of the Chase Park site is M Investment Group Ltd. The Executive Committee have made contact with one of their Directors, Mr Mo Choudry, to discuss the timescales for the sale and his plans for the site.
Completion of the sale is scheduled for the 21st August 2019. Due to the very short timescales, Mr Choudry has kindly agreed for the clubs to continue to store their equipment (free of charge) on the site until the Clubs have agreed any terms with him for us to continue using Chase Park as our home pitches.
It is clear Mr Choudry has exciting plans to develop the site for sport and leisure use, but we have not yet established if we will be able to agree commercial terms that work for all parties.
Mr Choudry has committed to keep the clubs informed of his plans and he would wish us to remain to have use of the site wherever possible. Unfortunately, the Board is unable to provide club members with any guarantees that Hockey will continue at Chase Park, but we will explore every option with Mr Choudry to make this happen.
