Cannock draw Hampstead & Westminster in semi-final

Posted by Andy Darnley on 4 February 2013

Cannock, who came out comfortable winners against 2011 finalists Doncaster, have draw a semi-final fixture against Hampstead & Westminsters. Hampstead & Westminster came from from behind to beat cup holders Beeston, thanks to a Will Naylor strike three minutes from time. The Londoners made it fourth time lucky against Beeston, having lost out to them the previous three seasons in the Cup. The result also brings an end to Beeston’s impressive cup run which has seen them reach the final in the past five seasons.

Cannock, who have previously won the cup on four occasions, will be looking to make the final for the first time since 2007.  The game will be played at Hampstead & Westminster on Sunday 17th March.
