Cannock Hockey Club and Jeevan's Legacy are pleased to announce a joint venture to raise funds to support young people.
Jeevan's Legacy is a memorial fundraising group which has been established to support children with life limiting illnesses and has already started to deliver on Jeevan's dream of making a difference to children who are less fortunate.
Jeevan as a life long member of CHC wore the number 55 shirt which is the inspiration for the 55 club. Cannock Hockey Club played a huge role in Jeevan's life as well as nurturing and developing his passion for hockey.
The funds raised through the 55 club will be shared equally between both Jeevan's legacy and CHC who will use the money to deliver on the club's plan to invest in emerging junior talent through a range of community events. These events will be led by our newly appointed Community Club Development Officer, Jude Hitchens.
Terms and Conditions
The 55 club is a fundraising event affiliated under the rules and regulations according to Cannock Hockey Club
1. Tickets are not refundable
2. You can enter as many times as you like each entry costs £10
3. The prize draw jackpot will be for £55. This will be the same prize fund each month
4. Each participant will be required to pay for the ticket prior to be given an unique ticket number.
5. The ticket is not transferable it will be registered to the name at time of purchase
6. The ticket number can only be used once so if a prize is drawn on that number the ticket will not be used again
7. A single draw will be made on the last Friday of each month starting October 2016 and final draw in March 2016
8. The winners will be informed by email
9. All the funds raised will be distributed at the end of the season equally between Cannock Hockey Club and Jeevan's Legacy
