2009-10 Club Sessions 1st Team Training Tuesday 8.00pm - 10.00pm (Full Pitch on the Water Based) Thursday 8.00pm - 10.00pm (1/2 Pitch on the Water Based) 2nd Team Training Thursday 8.00pm - 10.00pm (1/2 Pitch on the Water Based) Club Training Tuesday 6.00pm - 8.00pm (Full Pitch on the Water Based) These sessions are open to all members. Please note: Hockey training will not start until the fitness sessions have finished, although there will be opportunity to practice after the fitness session has finished. Fitness Training Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm (Full Pitch on the Water Based) Fitness training will run from 2nd September to 14th October, and is being led by a member of Birmingham University's Strength & Conditioning team. It will replace hockey training until the 14th Oct. |
