STAGS
Cannock's Stags play in the newly formed Midlands Challenge League. The League is aimed to provide a better framework for players making the transition into the National League squad. Last Season saw a very up and own season for the 'Stags' not only in games but also in players moving in and out of the team. One player performed particularly well moved in the 1st Team set-up and earned himself the 'Player of the season' Award, Sam Mee.
This 2010/11 Season see's the 'Stags' get their own Coach, in Jamie Fleet, and will see more youngsters given a real chance at improving themselves, and with fixtures more concrete, there is a real optimism that this year we might see the next generation of talent really emerge.
