The sixth team had a victory over a young Old Sils 4th team (3-0) in a very fairly fought game.

Peter Warrender was the pick of the older players, the majority of which were struggling with injuries; his tackling and striking of the ball were positive and effective. The youngsters played well and Carl Addison in particular made a good debut in goal.

It's only left to say that the opposition skipper paid compliment to our umpires for making it an enjoyable game.
