Cannock's 5th team plays in the Central League - West Midlands Premier division and has enjoyed league success over the last few years.

For the first time in a couple of year the 5th XI were not involved in the top of this division. Mainly due to the the creation of the Stags division, numerous players in the side had only played 7th Team the year before. However, due to captain, Karl Owne's huge efforts in driving his team they managed to survive with player of the season Simon Wall really impressing in his first season at this level. This willsee them want to push on and get that valuable consistency which damaged their chances of promotion last year.
