Cannock fourth team played host to bottom of the table Nottingham, and could rightly have expected an easy game. Nottingham worked hard however, and although they could not create sustained attacks, they defended valiantly. This became more evident when they went down to ten men after an unfortunate incident left one of their players with a blood injury.

The fourth team were frustrating to watch as they failed to capitalise on the opportunities presented to them, and it was left to seasoned players Bradbury and Daniels to show how easy passing is!

For all the chances they had, Cannock managed to score five goals, with two from Jones and Broome, and one from Drew.
