Cannock 3rds faced a tough trip on Sunday to Leek in a rearranged game. Cannock took an early 2-0 lead with 2 penalty corners but Leek fought back to 2-2 as Cannock failed to shine.

A tactical switch by skipper Tom Spencer moving experienced campaigner Jamie Roberts to centre midfield together with more effort from Cannock paid dividends as they outlasted Leek to win 4-2. Roberts scored once with Paul Watkins netting a hat trick.
