This autumn starts the first season of the Euro Hockey League (EHL), the new European hockey competition involving 24 men's club teams in Europe, representing 12 countries.

The official draw ceremony for the first round of Euro Hockey League 2007/08, was held during the EuroHockey Nations Championships 2007 in Manchester.

Cannock are in action on the weekend of 26-28 October at HGC, The Hague, Netherlands, and will play Dinamo Kazan and AHTC Wien.
