Fitness Training

We have organised fitness training at the club for all those who have enjoyed the summer a little too much!

The sessions will be compulsory for the 2nd and 3rd teams, but we welcome all members, although the training is geared more for over 14's

We will either be on grass or the artificial pitches, so please bring footwear suitable for both.

There is no charge for the sessions so please make the effort to come along.

Times are from 7-9pm every Thursday until further notice.
