The 2010-11 Season saw many socials and fundraisers throughout the club giving members opportunity to socialise with friends outside of playing the sport and linking up with the ladies section made for an even better atmosphere.

Amongst socials was the Pool Night, won by Mr James Hudson, a Games Night, New Year Funday and Royal Funday as well as numerous Raffles and Bag-packs. The season was a huge step forward in the right direction to the club improving its relationship with the ladies section but also in bringing everyone from the 1st team all the way through to the badgers together to create a closer club and hugely better atmosphere in which mew members will thrive.

Along with these socials Cannock HC also created its own Fantasy Hockey League (FHL) which was a huge success raising over £450 in its first season, a massive thank you to all that entered but a huge well done to the winner Jordan Bosi who won an impressive £150! As well as the Top-Goal Scorer chart which James Roberts and Jonny Machin finished top of winning James Hudson another £25!

Next Season, 2011-12 will see the FHL and TGS re-launched and new ideas brought forward to continue to exite members and keep all interested, to do this however, I will need some help not only organising but also thinking of new ideas and then getting this info out to members.
